Vegetazione mediterranea, assoluta tranquillità, profumo di fiori, erbe aromatiche, agricoltura biologica, questa è la Liguria del Giandriale.

Nella riviera di Levante vicino a Sestri Levante e Portofino, non lontano dalle 5 Terre e Portovenere, a pochi passi dagli antichi borghi medioevali dell’entroterra della Val di Vara.

Giandriale is an agricultural farm posizioned at 700 above sea level, with land spreading out for 150 hectares. This is also an area of Liguria under protection from the European Union because of the respect and excellent awarness of the evironment shown by the local communities. Far from big cities, you find Giandriale in an area completely uncontaminated,surrounded by centuary old woods and fine pastures. With it’s Mediterranean vegetation, the perfumes of many flower, herb gardens and organic farming – a world of absolute peace. This is our Liguria. Not far from the Meditteranean riviera of Levante, or from the 5 Terre, nearby to La Spezia and Portovenere, and of course the many antique medieval villages of the Val Di Vara.

Der Agriturismo Giandriale befindet sich in einem 150 Hektar großen Wildschutzgebiet auf einer Höhe von 700 m über NN. Das Gebiet ist Teil eines Natura 2000-Gebietes, das von der EU zum Schutz der einmaligen Naturschätze ausgewiesen wurde. Giandriale ist umgeben von naturnahen Wäldern und artenreichen Almwiesen fernab von negativen Einflüssen aus Industrie oder Intensivlandwirtschaft.

Mediterrane Vegetation, absolute Ruhe, der Duft von Blumen und aromatischen Kräutern, biologische Landwirtschaft – all dies gibt es in Giandriale.

L’entreprise de tourisme rural Giandriale s’étend sur 150 hectares de terrain dans une oasis faunique à 700 mètres d’hauteur à l’intérieur d’un importante site signalé par L’Union Européenne pour son exceptionnelle valeur environnemental.
Giandriale est au milieu d’une nature non contaminé, elle est entourée par des bois séculaires et des luxuriants pâturages.
Une végétation méditerranéenne, dans le calme le plus absolu, un parfums des fleurs, des herbes aromatiques, l’agriculture bio : voilà la Ligurie du Giandriale.
Notre entreprise se trouve à l’est de la région Ligurie, proche de Sestri Levante et Portofino , pas loins des «Cinque Terre» et des anciens bourgs médiévales de l’arrière pays de la «Val di Vara».

Vi aspettano panorami stupendi su tutta la Val di Vara e il mare del Golfo del Tigullio.
Facilmente raggiungibili i famosi ed importanti sentieri Cinque Terre ed Alta Via dei Monti Liguri.
All’interno dell’azienda si trova il centenario albero monumentale della Regione Liguria, un agrifoglio raggiungibile in soli 30 minuti di passeggiata.

Fa parte dell’agriturismo il nostro Parco Avventura Val di Vara.
Una serie di percorsi acrobatici su alberi offrono un’esperienza indimenticabile.
35 Piattaforme poste a diverse altezze, equipaggiamento completo e guide esperte vi consentiranno di fare evoluzioni ed acrobazie in assoluta sicurezza a stretto contatto con la natura.

Nel vicino paese di Tavarone (2km) – un bellisima piscina all’aperto.

Geologia ed archeologia
Tutta la zona circostante all’agriturismo è di grande interesse per appasionati di queste attività.
In questa area si trova una straordinaria ricchezza minerealogica – sono presenti giacimenti minerari noti e coltivati fin dall’epoca preistorica, vecchie miniere e grotte spettacolari. Di grande importanza il sito archeologico Valle Lagorara nel Comune di Maissana.

Giandriale is ideal for oudoor sport lovers. Without having to take the car, leaving directly from the farm, you’ll find at your disposition kilometers of nature trails and walks perfect for treking and mountain biking.
There are splendid views over the Val Di Vara and of the Golf Of Tigullio. Maybe, if your lucky, you’ll meet some wild animals!!
We’re only a short distance from the famous coastal walk of the 5 terre, and the mountain walk, the Alta Via of the Monti Liguri.

The Adventure Park Val Di Vara is also part of the farm.A series of trails suspended in the trees offer an unforgettable experience. There are 35 platforms positioned at different heights, open to all ages.
We provide all the equipment necessary and a guide to help you.

In the nearby village of Tavarone you’ll find an open air swimming pool.
In nearby villages you can find horse-riding and along the river Vara, rafting.

Geology and Archeology
All the district around the farm is of archeologic and geologic interest. The area has extraordinary sites for those interested in mineralogy. There are old mines used in the prehestoric age and spetacular caves.
There is a very important archeological site in the Valle Lagorara, situated at Maissana.

Outdoor-Aktivitäten

Giandriale ist der ideale Ort für Liebhaber von Outdoor-Aktivitäten.
Ohne das Auto zu benutzen kann man direkt vom Agriturismo zu Trekking- und Mountainbike-Touren in herrlicher Umgebung aufbrechen. Es erwarten euch wunderschöne Ausblicke ins Vara-Tal und zur Küste am Golf von Tigullio. Leicht erreichbar und gut markiert sind die bekannten Wanderwege in den Cinque Terre und auf dem ligurischen Höhenwanderweg.

In Giandriale befindet sich eine hundertjährige Stechpalme (Ilex aquifolium), vermutlich die älteste ihrer Art in ganz Ligurien. Sie ist in einem gemütlichen Spaziergang von 30 Minuten zu erreichen.

Zum Agriturismo gehört auch unser Hochseilklettergarten („Parco Avventura“). Eine Reihe von anspruchsvollen Übergängen von Baum zu Baum bietet ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. 35 Plattformen in verschiedenen Höhenstufen können mit der entsprechenden Sicherheitsausrüstung unter fachkundiger Anleitung gemeistert werden. Dies erfordert viel Mut und Geschicklichkeit im direkten Kontakt mit der Natur.

Im Nachbarort Tavarone (2 km) befindet sich ein öffentliches Freibad. Außerdem gibt es Reitmöglichkeiten und Rafting-Angebote in der näheren Umgebung und traumhafte Wälder für Pilzsammler.

Geologie und Archäologie
Die Gegend ist für (Hobby-)Geologen und Archäologen äußerst interessant.
Man findet hier einen außerordentlichen Mineralienreichtum – es gibt bekannte prähistorische Abbaustätten, alte Minen und spektakuläre Grotten. Von besonderer Bedeutung ist die archäologische Ausgrabungsstätte „Valle Lagorara“ in der Gemeinde Maissana.

La vue sur la vallée du Vara et la mer du golf Tigullio est splendide.
Les sentiers de «5 Terre» et de «l’alta via dei monti liguri» sont facilement joignables.
A une demi-heure de chemin vous pouvez joindre l’ arbre centenaire et monumental de la Région «Liguria», un houx qui se trouve encore dans nos terrains.

«Le Parc Aventure Val di Vara» fait parti de notre entreprise rurale.
Une série de parcours acrobatiques sur les arbres offrent une expérience inoubliable.
35 plate-formes posées à hauteur différent, un équipement complet et des guides expérimentées vous permettrons de faire des acrobaties en sécurité et au contact avec la nature.

Dans le village voisin, «Tavarone», à 2 kilomètres vous trouverez une très belle piscine en plein air.
A peu de kilomètres il y a un manège et la possibilité de faire du «rafting».

Des gisements de minérales connus de la pré-histoire, des vielles mines et des grottes spectaculaires vous attendent…
Le site archéologique de «Maissana» est remarquable.

Gli alloggi per gli ospiti si trovano in un bellissimo casale in pietra.
Abbiamo a disposizione accoglienti camere tutte con bagno proprio arredate nel rispetto delle tradizioni rurali immerse in un’assoluta tranquillità dove l’ospite può soggiornare in assoluta pace.
Un grande terrazzo con vista su tutta la valle offre un ottimo luogo di relax.

Appartamenti :
“Lumache”
un bilocale soppalcato con zona giorno a piano terra con angolo cucina e bagno e zona notte a piano superiore più una camera matrimoniale indipendente.
Attrezzato per un piacevole soggiorno di 5 persone.

“Sole”
un monolocale ricavato ristrutturando una vecchia stalla. Ideale per una famiglia di 3-4 persone.

Gli appartartamenti si trovano entrambi al piano terra, indipendenti con entrata dal giardino e sono completi di tutta la biancheria e attrezzatura per la cucina.

A disposizione degli ospiti c’e’ anche un’ampia sala ritrovo attrezzata per trascorrere piacevoli serate.

L’azienda e tutti gli alloggi sono totalmente coperti da servizio wi-fi.

La ristorazione esclusivamente biologica segue i cicli stagionali ed è caratterizzata da piatti tipici a base di prodotti aziendali e locali, le nostre verdure, la nostra carne, il miele…e tutti i profumi della liguria.
Le nostre specialità sono gli gnocchi con la farina di castagne, ravioli alle erbe, funghi, torte di verdure…e dolci con la nostra marmellata..
Si cena tutti insieme in una calda ed accogliente atmosfera familiare.

You’ll find our guest rooms and appartments in a recently restored stone cottage.
All rooms have their own bathroom and are furnished in a rural style so that our guests can relax in absolute peace.
There is also a large terrace overlooking the valley, perfect for relaxing.

We also have two appartments.

“Lumache”
A small appartment on two floors .On the ground floor there is a living area, a kitchen, bathroom and a sleeping area, while upstairs there is a double bedroom.
This appartment comfortably sleeps 5 people.

“Sole”
This appartment you’ll find in a restored manger, it’s ideal for family of 3-4 people.
Both appartments are on the ground floor with their own individual entrances.We provide bedlinen and towels, and kitchen implements.
All rooms at Giandriale have wi-fi coverage.

From our kitchen our guests will be offered exclusively organically farmed products, dishes based on local Ligurian recipies.
We use only home grown or locally produced products. We produce our own fruit and vegtables, use our own meats and produce honey and jam .

You dine in a warm family atmosphere and our specialities are; gnocchi made with chestnut flour, ravioli filled with selected wild herbs, various dishes made with local mushrooms vegtable flans, cakes filled with our own jams… and thats just to name a few!!

Die Gästezimmer befinden sich in einem wunderschönen alten Rustico.
Alle Zimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Bad mit WC und Dusche und sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die abgeschiedene, ruhige Lage garantiert unseren Gästen einen entspannenden Aufenthalt.

Eine große Terrasse mit Blick über das gesamte Tal bietet einen optimalen Platz zum relaxen.

FeWo „Lumache“
Das 2-Zimmer-Appartment erstreckt sich über zwei Ebenen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Aufenthaltsraum mit Kochecke, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Badezimmer. Im ersten Stock befindet sich ein weiterer Schlafraum mit 3 Betten.

Hébergement et restauration
Les logements des hôtes se trouvent dans un très beau hameau en pierre. Nos chambres sont accueillantes avec leur toilette privée, elles sont meublées dans le respect des traditions rurales, la paix autour règne souveraine.La grande terrasse avec vue sur la vallée est une superbe lieu de détente.

Les appartements
«Les escargots»: un deux-pièce avec mezzanine, la salle à manger avec coin cuisine et la toilette au premier étage, les lits dont une chambre double indépendante au deuxième étage.
Appartement pour loger 5 personnes.

«Le soleil»: un studio crée à partir de la restructuration d’une ancienne étable.
Idéal pour une famille composée par trois ou quatre personnes.

Ces appartements se trouvent au premier étage, ils sont indépendants entre-eux, on y accède du jardin, les linges et les instruments de cuisine sont inclus.

Connection wi-fi à l’intérieur de l’entreprise et des logements.

Notre restauration uniquement basé sur nos produits biologiques de saison, légumes, notre viande, le miel… et tous les parfums de la Ligurie.
Nos spécialités sont les «gnocchi» à base de farine de châtaigne, les raviolis aux herbes, les champignons, les tartes aux légumes et les gâteau faits avec nos confitures maison…
Nous dînons ensemble dans une chaleureuse atmosphère familiale…

L’agriturismo può e deve essere il mezzo più adatto per scoprire o riscoprire il contatto vero con la natura, con il patrimonio rurale, con i profumi ed i sapori che costituiscono la base di una grande cultura.

Noi ci sforziamo di ottenere questo risultato, ci affianchiamo alla natura senza prevaricarla, coltiviamo queste scoscese terrazze con metodi naturali per cucinare i nostri prodotti con gli aromi troppo spesso dimenticati di questa povera ma leggendaria cucina ligure.

Facciamo un duro lavoro agricolo, ci improvvisiamo osti, cuochi, intrattenitori, ma viviamo in posti incantevoli che abbiamo aperto agli amici come le porte delle nostre case;
Lo facciamo credendoci e con le migliori intenzioni.

Voi aiutateci a continuare a realizzare tutto questo, perdonateci qualche inesperienza, comprendete che non siete in un “hotel”, ma in case di campagna, non abbiamo un ristorante a più turni a più scelta, non abbiamo lussuosi optionals, non abbiamo un’autostrada per raggiungerci ma una belissima stradina sterrata nel bosco, abbiamo però una grande voglia di condividere con voi una parte della nostra scelta di vita.

Siamo sicuri che amerete questo rapporto con noi e l’ambiente che ci circonda; siamo sicuri che riusciremo a farvi dimenticare smog e stress cittadini, siamo sicuri che staremo bene insieme e diventeremo amici…

A farming holiday must be the easiest way to discover, or rediscover real contact with nature. Rural values,along with odours and tastes go to make up the basis of a real culture.

We, at Giandriale, together with the forces of nature, work hard to obtain the best results, coltivating our terraces, caring for our livestock, using traditional methods ,and often discovering flavours long forgotten.

It’s hard work working the land, but satisfying. One day we’re labourers, another day we’re busy in the kitchen, we’re also your hosts, but at the end of the day we live in a most wonderful valley and we’ve opened the doors of our house to you all, to come and enjoy this experience with us.

If you come to stay with us you won’t find an “hotel”, but a country house, we don’t have a “restaurant” with an elaborate menu, but a choice of delicious foods prepared by us with our products. There’s not much “luxury” here, but a lot of comfort, also there’s no motorway to bring you here, just a narrow country road that winds through the wood. We invite you all to come and find us, to take part and share with us our world.

Der Agriturismo

Der Agriturismo ist für uns das geeignete Mittel, um den wahren Kontakt mit der Natur zu (er)leben, mit all ihren Schätzen, Düften und Aromen, die unsere Lebensgrundlage darstellen.
Wir bemühen uns, dies zu erreichen, indem wir die Natur als Partner ansehen, ohne sie zu missbrauchen. Wir bearbeiten die steilen Terrassen mit schonenden Methoden und verarbeiten unsere biologischen Produkte in der eigenen Küche. Damit wollen auch dazu beitragen, die vielfältigen Aromen der ligurischen Küche wieder in Erinnerung zu rufen.

Diese ursprüngliche Form der Landwirtschaft ist sehr arbeitsintensiv. Zudem erfordert der Agriturismo rund um die Uhr unseren Einsatz in der Küche sowie beim Service für unsere Gäste. Trotzdem dürfen wir uns glücklich schätzen, in dieser bezaubernden Umgebung zu leben, die allen unseren Freunden offen steht wie die Türen unseres Hauses; Dies tun wir aus voller Überzeugung und mit den besten Absichten.

Ihr helft uns dabei, all dies zu realisieren. Bitte seht es uns nach, wenn nicht alles perfekt ist. Habt Verständnis dafür, dass ihr hier nicht in einem Hotel seid, sondern in einem Agriturismo. Wir sind kein Restaurant mit einer langen Speisekarte, sondern bieten jeden Abend ein abwechslungsreiches Menü mit frisch zubereiteten Tagesgerichten. Wir haben keine luxuriöse Sonderausstattung, es gibt keinen Autobahnanschluss, aber einen schönen Waldweg als Zufahrt zu unserem Anwesen. An dieser unserer Lebensart möchten wir euch gerne für eine Weile teilhaben lassen.

Vacances à la ferme…
Le tourisme rural peut et doit être le moyen idéal pour découvrir une vrai relation avec la nature, avec son patrimoine rural, ses parfums et ses saveurs qui sont à la base d’une grande culture. Notre effort va dans cette direction, nous sommes au contact avec la nature sans la prévariquer, nous faisons de la culture en terrasses avec des méthodes naturels pour que les produits que nous cultivons gardent ces arômes uniques trop souvent oubliés de cette pauvre mais légendaire cuisine de Ligurie.
Notre travail est dur, nous nous improvisons aubergistes, cuisinier, animateurs mais nous habitons ces charmants endroits que nous faisons connaître à nos amis en y croyant avec notre meilleur esprit.
Aidez-nous à poursuivre dans cette démarche, pardonnez-nous quelques inexpériences, essayez de comprendre que vous n’êtes pas à l’hôtel mais dans des maisons de campagne où il n’y a pas un restaurant toujours ouvert avec plusieurs menus différents, la route pour nous joindre n’est pas une autoroute mais une très joli chemin de terre au milieu du bois… enfin… nous avons par contre très envie de partager notre choix de vie avec vous…

Produciamo ortaggi, frutta, miele, erbe aromatiche che trasformati potrete degustare od acquistare in azienda.

Le nostre mucche e i nostri cavalli pascolano liberamente sui pascoli montani dell’azienda e potrete incontrarli nelle vostre escursioni.

We coltivate our vegtable gardens and raise our livestock using only organic farming methods.
We produce vegtables,fruits ,honey and herbs which you can taste or buy at the farm.
Our cows and horses are free to roam on our land ,maybe youìll meet them out on one of you walks!!!

Landwirtschaft
Unser Obst- und Gemüseanbau und die Tierzucht erfolgen ausschließlich nach biologischen Grundsätzen.

Wir kultivieren Gemüse, Obst, Honig und aromatische Kräuter, die man im Agriturismo verkosten und kaufen kann.

Unsere Rinder und Pferde leben artgerecht auf den bunten Bergwiesen von Giandriale. Man begegnet ihnen beispielsweise bei einer Wanderung um den Monte Alpe.

Organizziamo soggiorni e gite giornaliere con laboratori e attività riguardanti l’agricoltura biologica, l’apicoltura, il parco avventura ed il trekking.

Für Kinder
Unser Agriturismo organisiert seit vielen Jahren im Juni grüne Wochen für Kinder und Jugendliche. Bei diesem Ferienaufenthalt können Kinder die Natur und das Leben auf dem Land bei Sport und Abenteuer kennen lernen.

Giandriale ist bei der Region Ligurien als Pädagogischer Bauernhof für Schulklassen registriert. Wir organisieren Aufenthalte und geführte Tageswanderungen, praktische Übungen in der biologischen Landwirtschaft und in der Imkerei sowie sportliche Aktivitäten (Klettergarten, Trekking).

Für Erwachsene

Klettergarten

Zum Agriturismo gehört auch ein Hochseilklettergarten (Parco Avventura).
